Educational Playroom

For this playroom, the parents wanted it to be educational as well as fun for their two young daughters. By painting an ABC border around the entire room, a solar system on the ceiling, a yardstick also dubbing as a growth chart and a map of the continents, the educational part was achieved. In order to make this a fun room for the kids as well we asked the girls what they wanted. Since only one of the girls was old enough to speak her response was doggies, doggies doggies!!! So, doggies it was. Two of her favorite Dalmatians, Purdy and Pongo and an extra puppy that she could name herself were added to the wall nearest her bedroom. Also added for the girls was each of their names spelled out in the stars and an outline of stars in the shape of (you guessed it) a doggie.
